I went there to drive a 2022 Ford Mach 1 and they made me a great deal that I bought it. The sales man that helped us purchase the car drove 1.5 hrs to make sure the car that was being trailed to me made it a great deal that I bought it. Incompetent / unexperienced service department. After providing a $150, Diagnosis Test, I was informed there was nothing wrong with my vehicle ?..insisting they revisit this case, the “master” mech After providing a $150, Diagnosis Test, I was informed there was nothing wrong with my vehicle ?..insisting they revisit this case, the “master” mechanics suggested…I may have a fuel pump that needs replaced ??…I refused the exorbitant fees replacing this pump that wasn’t for certain that need to be replaced….Then Dealership refused to refund my $150 Diagnosis fee, that provided zero information . Heath is an excellent sales person who was adaptable and helpful as we worked towards identifying our “needs,” which changed as we test drove cars.
