Well for starters we had no ideal Beford had changed owners. We hadn’t been back since the purchase. I looked up front for Mark when we arrived but didn’t see him. They seemed busy when we pulled up. No seats in waiting area so we walked the lot. That’s when we noticed all the Hinder license plates on the cars. Our salesman didn’t recognize us I guess but Tommy Jenkins stopped and spoke to us just saying hi. Seen a lot of faces I hadn’t seen before running around while we stood around for an hour and a half. Anyways oil got changed. We got home and all was good. There was a nice lady from the paying area that asked if we were being helped because we were just waiting around. Tires rotated and oil changed. Good job. Like having dealer do work but not so big on surprises like new owner. If we have service done with you it will be dropped off for sure. More
