I cannot tell you just how much I appreciated his ethics and ability to put me at ease If I ever buy another car I would definitely go to John Jones and as for Jon Moore Thank you Jon. I would give the company the highest recommendation for the purchasing process and their integrity in honoring the purchase agreement. I had noted a few issues during the test drive of the vehicle I purch the purchasing process and their integrity in honoring the purchase agreement. I had noted a few issues during the test drive of the vehicle I purchased which they had just received themselves into inventory. Since the vehicle had not received their standard full inspection since it was so new to their lot, they agreed to cover the costs of whatever was needed to resolve the issue. I think we both felt this would be relatively minor; however, the actual repairs were a bit more than expected. As a testament to their integrity, they fully honored their word on making sure it was fixed properly even though it was more costly than expected. I know there is always apprehension buying a used vehicle; however, I would not hesitate to buy from John Jones Automotive again since I know their word is their bond to do what is right for the customer. It was refreshing to find that integrity still matters to John Jones Automotive and I would highly recommend the Greenville dealership when in need of a quality vehicle you can purchase with confidence. Great experience Found a very fairly priced vehicle on their website. Called to inquire and vehicle was available so arranged to go see it. They told us they'd have th Found a very fairly priced vehicle on their website. Called to inquire and vehicle was available so arranged to go see it. They told us they'd have the car waiting. We drove about an hour to go look and they had the car pulled up and ready to drive. Our sales person was Jared and he was very friendly and let my son drive the car twice, answered all questions, put no pressure on either of us. Talked to the finance manager (Mark) and he was straightforward and very nice. (We had already arranged financing and he didn't pressure us to let him find financing but said he would be glad to if my son wanted him to.) We were there less than two hours and worked out a great deal. Only negative (if there was any) was that they're located about an hour away. More
