I was very impressed with the Customer service by Leroy swartz. I have been shopping around and have walked out of 2 other dealerships because of the employees. Leyroy went above and beyond and made my e swartz. I have been shopping around and have walked out of 2 other dealerships because of the employees. Leyroy went above and beyond and made my experience very positive. I work with the public everyday and it was wonderful being on the other end and someone taking care of me for a change. The stereotypical dealership is a picture of wringing the most money The act of buying a car from a dealer does not top my list of fun things to do. The stereotypical dealership is a picture of wringing the most money out of you, while giving the impression of being in business solely for the betterment of mankind. Hopkins Ford is NOT your typical dealership. They work with you without the high pressure tactics usually associated with car dealers, and will not close the deal until they are sure that you fully understand every detail of the transaction and are fully satisfied with the bottom line. In other words, they do not bury you in a ton of figures and jargon that leaves the average customer in a daze. I give the highest marks to Len Appel, the salesman who sold me my car. He is friendly, answers all questions without talking down to you, will spend all day with you if necessary, and will do his best to make sure that your final decision is the right one. He has the patience of a saint. I know that, in this day and age, it is hard to believe that there exists a dealership that places ethics and customer satisfaction above profit, but miracles, sometimes, do happen. More

This was my first time buying (leasing) a car so I was nervous. I was first interested in an older model car. Jason didn't give me the "hard sell" which was good. He listened to what I wanted.
