Had vehicle brought into dealership for warranty repair work. Work was completed in a timely manner. Shortly there after the vehicle began to run rough, stall etc. Vehicle was returned to the dealership fo work. Work was completed in a timely manner. Cost of part and labor estimated to be in excess of $600.00. Had vehicle removed from dealership and taken to another location for diagnosis. Other repair shop found a loose connection on the electrical part. The electrical part test fine. Kennedy Ford attempted to charge customer for an unnecessary repair. They stated the vehicle needed a new part when there was nothing wrong with the old part. More
