Lost for words I purchased a used vehicle which i was not able to drive for several months due to problems. Then they took that car back. I got anither car after 40k I purchased a used vehicle which i was not able to drive for several months due to problems. Then they took that car back. I got anither car after 40k miles the transmission went. After calling the dealership basically im out if a car that i was promised would a good car with a top of the line warranty. However the salesman did all he could do, the management however thats another story. 2 vehicles a bunch of headaches. And a well there is nothing we can do to make this right other tham sell you another used car when the 1st one i never got to drive and then the 2nd one the transmission goes. More

At no point did I feel pressured to take a particular car or buy more features than I was interested in. I got the car I wanted, in the color I wanted (hard-to-get bright blue), at a fair price, AND a very good price for my trade-in. My only down note was the sale paperwork - which always seems to take forever. I would definitely recommend John Armstrong and this dealership to friends and family. There was no pressure to select any of the trucks. We finely selected a F150XLT super cab 4x4. Very happy with my trade value. Left John Kennedy Ford at 3 with my new truck. I needed something realizable to drive 80 miles a day to work. I travel from Wilmington DE to Wayen PA everyday. I wanted something I did not have to worry if the weather got bad.
