Great service Chuck always is so friendly and so helpful. Had a battery problem Monday morning. Routine Maintenance in and out within an hour. They did a vehicle check, changed oil, rotated tires and provided a written report of the service. Had one vibration issue in and out within an hour. They did a vehicle check, changed oil, rotated tires and provided a written report of the service. Had one vibration issue that they diagnosed to a no charge fix, not a recall but something they are offering to remedy at no charge. The fix will take up to 1.5 hours & I did not have time to do it that day but can reschedule for another day and that service and part will be at no charge. If I had to make one suggestion of improvement, a better wifi or cell signal within the dealership, maybe a booster would help. More

WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT I HAVE HAD TO DEAL WITH DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. Worst service department I have ever seen. I would send my worst enemy to get their car repaired here. Not only did they S DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. Worst service department I have ever seen. I would send my worst enemy to get their car repaired here. Not only did they STEAL refrigerant from my vehicle after checking the system for leaks but misdiagnosed the problem as a need a whole temperature control unit when all it needed was to have a corroded ground wire contact cleaned up. I was also informed by the mechanic I took it to after Ford said that all the connections had been sloppy reattached and probably would have come undone. When I went and confronted the service customer rep he was not only rude, but condescending, hawdy, and down right childish. I have yet to get the diagnostic fee back even though they completely misdiagnosed the car. If they were doctors they would already be on the unemployment line. More
