I consistently travel many extra miles to purchase my vehicles when it comes time and have them serviced at their store in Plymouth Meeting because of the outstanding customer service from start to finish. So pleased with the team there and even with the followup. I am going in for a followup appointment to go over the technology of the car in more detail since having it for a month. They welcomed me back in, set up an appointment for me and even giving an additional gas card just for allowing them to go into further detail about what all those buttons can do! I would never go anywhere else because once you are treated like this and know you can trust them in all areas, you realize going elsewhere just isn't worth the risk. I got quotes from 2 other dealers and got trade in estimates from 7 sites on-line and in person. The team of Marie and the sales manager Anthony Barone came out on top in all categories, dealer concessions, trade in, etc. But it is more than that. All the dealers have the same cars, the same options and the same financing. The real difference is the PEOPLE and their ATTITUDE! I have dealt with other dealers and many match the stereotype of the car salesman. When I discussed the purchase with Anthony, he made us comfortable, explained everything logically and was very helpful, including saving us money by talking us out of an expensive feature in lieu of a more functional Subaru website ap.
