2 months ago we had service completed on my Traverse that was a major part that failed. This week my car started making the same noise again so I took it in on a Friday and was told on Monday no problems fou was a major part that failed. This week my car started making the same noise again so I took it in on a Friday and was told on Monday no problems found, they could not replicate the noise. My car is under full warranty and today when I picked it back up I was told to pay 100 dollars to pay tech for checking it. I was very upset to hear this and then was told he would split the cost with me. I told him I was under full warranty but the gentleman in service I dealt with was very rude and I said that GM should pay his tech through my warranty. He had us sign the paperwork and still made it a point to say no cost today but you are leaving my tech unpaid for his work. Beware because I called several other dealerships and was told that warranty is 100% covered and should be no cost to me and also the fact that this issue was one I had a few months earlier on my car. John Megal Chevrolet just lost my business. More

I never thought I would have to do this because I have been using this dealership for many years for both of my trucks but my truck had a check engine light come on and it was under warranty so I took it been using this dealership for many years for both of my trucks but my truck had a check engine light come on and it was under warranty so I took it to John megel Chevrolet to have it fixed they had my truck for almost 3 weeks to fix it which was fine because they had to get approval from the warranty company to do anything so it took time so whatever but my mom went and picked up the truck on Friday and drove it 20 minutes to her house and Keith went to pick it up from her house Saturday morning and drove 30 minutes from her house and the transmission started acting up so he pulled over to check it out and found that the truck was completely out of transmission fluid and that the part of the transmission that the dip stick goes into was broken in half and we took the truck back to John megel and they are now saying that they didn’t do anything and they aren’t going to fix it when this truck had no issues with the transmission before it went to them and now I’m going to have to either rebuild the transmission or buy a new one and when my boyfriend Keith called them it says on their report they did an inspection on the vehicle he asked if that included fluids and they said yes and he asked if that included transmission fluid they said oh I guess we forgot to check that one!!!! So I’m a very unhappy girl at the moment!!! More
