Fast, friendly service I brought my car in for its normal oil change and tire rotation. While it was there, the techs found that it needed a new battery and two tires. They I brought my car in for its normal oil change and tire rotation. While it was there, the techs found that it needed a new battery and two tires. Easily the best car buying experience I have ever had! From top to bottom, this was the most efficient and stress free vehicle buy experience I have ever had. I contacted the dealership with general questi From top to bottom, this was the most efficient and stress free vehicle buy experience I have ever had. I contacted the dealership with general questions about a Nissan Frontier I had my eye on that I found on Autotrader. Within minutes, Ryan from internet sales contacted me and got me all of the information I needed. I live outside of Memphis and the dealership is located in Manchester, Tn, some 300 miles away so business was conducted via phone calls, text, and email. We were able to get my trade in value over text and we were off to the races. My truck was delivered to my by an amazingly nice gentleman who had all of the paperwork with him and was in and out in less than 20-30 min. Would've been faster but we got to talking at my dining room table about general things and I held him up from departing. To recap: In a matter of days, 300 miles away, via text/email/phone calls, Ryan from John Roberts got me a great deal, had my dream truck delivered to me, gave me a great trade in on my truck, and had the darn thing driven back for me. Tommy the sales manager personally called me the day before the new truck was delivered and could not have been nicer and helpful. Honestly, I can't see myself buying from another dealership. Thank you Ryan and Tommy for making this such a fantastic experience. More
