I bought brand new car from John Roberts with hopes of having easy upkeep on service and maintenance. There is nothing easy about keeping service up for a brand new car. I live less than 5 miles from deal having easy upkeep on service and maintenance. There is nothing easy about keeping service up for a brand new car. I live less than 5 miles from dealership and when I hit 10000 miles I called for standard oil change and tire rotation and the best they could do was give me an appointment for almost a month out on a Saturday. Will never return to this place. Have to drive to Murfreesboro to get service at Nissan dealership and with no appointment. Hum. I’m would think they would have better hours for service department. Most folks work Monday through Friday 8-5. Worst sales and service ever. When I spend 44,000 dollars for a car I expect a little more customer service. I definitely fell for the old salesman and customer service song and dance. More
