I bought a used car. The sliding door was not working properly but they agreed to fix it and we discussed it in my paperwork. Almost a year later my door is NOT fixed. My husband went to the dealership in person and still it is not handled. The customer service we have experience from this dealership is horrible. More then one person at the dealership, multiple managers. All aware of the issue and then never get back to you. i would not recommend dealing with them. More
