I e-mailed about a vehicle I saw on the website and received a message back that it WAS still available and would I like to come in today for a test drive. I drove over 45 minutes to get there, only to received a message back that it WAS still available and would I like to come in today for a test drive. I drove over 45 minutes to get there, only to be told that said vehicle would not be in until July 1. They then tried to show me cars way above the price of the one I was there to see. The sales person even tried to give me $20 for my time because I said I would be leaving a bad review. Unbelievable More

I scheduled an appointment on May 28 for an oil change on Jun 15. It took nearly 2 and a half hours for an oil change. I think that’s very disrespectful for a “waiting customer “.
