The gentleman that assisted us was so helpful and polite. I love the vehicle and will buy from them again. But I do have one problem doing a credit report and purchase on- line I just thought since I placed I love the vehicle and will buy from them again. But I do have one problem doing a credit report and purchase on- line I just thought since I placed application on line the process would have been quicker. But the wait time wasn't as bad as the old days where you spent half the day at the dealership trying to purchase a vehicle. More

bought a new 2020 malibu, great customer service experience and car was significantly cheaper than other dealers. had an issue with vehicle day after i bought it with the back glass had a spot in it experience and car was significantly cheaper than other dealers. had an issue with vehicle day after i bought it with the back glass had a spot in it. called into dealership and was told to take it up with my sales person. called and left a voicemail even txt the persons cell number that was given to me by him. no response. seems like all they cared about was making the sale and not retaining the customer afterwards.
