This service experience was awesome. Steven Reid scheduled the appointment to accommodate our schedule and to avoid having to drive our new Vette in the rain. excessive wait time I was there for a 10 AM appointment, arrived at 10:03. I waited 1.5 hours for an oil change for my 2019 Spark. The tech was nice but that did not nega I was there for a 10 AM appointment, arrived at 10:03. I waited 1.5 hours for an oil change for my 2019 Spark. The tech was nice but that did not negate such a long wait for a simple oil change. As this one was on Chevy, (my car being recently purchased), I will not take it there for subsequent oil changes if I have to wait that long. More
