The last time I was there, they did not do all the services I was scheduled for (Engine oil change, transmission service, tire rotation). The transmission service was mistakenly forgotten. My tire key services I was scheduled for (Engine oil change, transmission service, tire rotation). The transmission service was mistakenly forgotten. My tire key was not put back in the truck and I had to come back to pick up after the weekend. I went elsewhere to have the next services performed. I decided to give another try. I scheduled engine oil change, tire rotation and balance, and transmission service. I was told the truck shows needing coolant change and radiator flush. (60K miles on the truck). Was told I was wrong when I questioned, and a transmission service was not due. Per the manual that came with my truck, coolant change/flush is needed at 100K miles, transmission is needed every 30K. I denied coolant flush and was quoted over $100.00 to balance and rotate tires, which I voiced opinion on. Absolutely ridiculous! Upon pick-up, I was told the price changed because they did quote too much for tire rotate and balance but they underquoted the transmission service and the total would be more than expected. The 2021 GM truck was thought to have a different transmission in it. I have been doing this all my life. I am a Reginal Service Manager for Class 8 trucks. My Service Writers wrong doings are not passed along to the customer when all information was provided and correct. The past two visits have left a distaste. More
