We had a great experience. Brian showed us different trucks on the website and asked us some questions to see to see what we were looking for. He went to his manager and came back and said that he thinks he knows the perfect truck for us. When he showed us the truck on the website it wasn't one he had showed us previously. We both had fell in love with it a first sight and knew it was the one for us. He brought it up for us to physically look at it and try it out. I was so glad that we found it right away without having to try out different trucks and go to different dealerships to find the perfect truck for us. We absolutely love it!!! Brain did a great job and everything went smooth for the most part besides being able to drive it off the lot the same day because of lack of staffing to check out the truck on their end.
