excessive wait time I was there for a 10 AM appointment, arrived at 10:03. I waited 1.5 hours for an oil change for my 2019 Spark. The tech was nice but that did not nega I was there for a 10 AM appointment, arrived at 10:03. I waited 1.5 hours for an oil change for my 2019 Spark. The tech was nice but that did not negate such a long wait for a simple oil change. As this one was on Chevy, (my car being recently purchased), I will not take it there for subsequent oil changes if I have to wait that long. More

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The experience started with the ease of setting the appointment and the reminders I received. Once there, they quickly got me checked in and within 1- The experience started with the ease of setting the appointment and the reminders I received. Once there, they quickly got me checked in and within 1-hour I was out. It took a hour because I had a small finder binder checked out, otherwise I would have been in and out for my oil change in 30 to 40 minutes. I would recommend that they offer a free car wash. I previously drove an Acura and Mercedes and they offer FREE car washes. More
