I drove from Nashville to pick up a used truck. I worked with Jennifer Medina and John Carpenter. Both were GREAT to work with and made the experience worthwhile. They answered all my questions in advance with Jennifer Medina and John Carpenter. Both were GREAT to work with and made the experience worthwhile. They answered all my questions in advance of me deciding to make the trip, and upon arrival, I found that all of the answers they provided were wholly accurate and spot on. I do not live close enough to have any service done there, but the folks in service that I met were prompt and professional. A key fob had to programmed, and they made this process a top priority so I could get back on the road. John "Carp" Carpenter helped me resolve all finance and warranty questions prior to arrival, and Jennifer was completely honest and very responsive. I will check out their inventory if I need another vehicle. More
