I had a bad experience at this dealership due to one salesman. He greatly inflated the potential cost of repairs to my trade in and grossly undervalued my vehicle. They did a warranty engine replacement on F150. It was from another Ford dealership. They told me up front they would charge me more for they did not sell me the Engine. They worked with the warran It was from another Ford dealership. They told me up front they would charge me more for they did not sell me the Engine. They worked with the warranty company and got the engine on order..gave me a price estimate of $2400. I OKAY a 450 extra parts and when the bill was done I owed 3600...plus the 260 disnosic and the replacement. warranty company was due 1600 and then they the kept the F150 for 30 days until the warranty company paid it's 1600. About 47 days with no truck even though it was fixed in about 17 days.. If you have a warranty issue I would not use this dealership and I general Inwould not use them.for service... Maybe a new purchase but the not the warranty service side...Okay the regular service guys were nice but it all came down from one man and he is the boss...I saw the guys eyes roll when he spoke...Good luck if you go here itbis a toss of a coin on how you will be treated More
