I took pics of the listing on their website. Called and left three messages for Johnny Londoff Jr and he never called me back! They removed the truck from their website but not Autotrader. More

No Customer Service Purchased a new 2016 Chevy Malibu and it's been in their shop 2x's in less than 3 months. Not happy with this product. It was found that this vehicle Purchased a new 2016 Chevy Malibu and it's been in their shop 2x's in less than 3 months. Not happy with this product. It was found that this vehicle was used by employees and was not safe for everyday driving. They put my family at risk. They had to replace the steering wheel. I notified the dealership and they acted concern for about a minute then swept it under the rug. Sales staff not so great!! Got their sale and now I'm a statistic for a them. Great way to treat GM employee family member!! More

Service is rediculous Our buying process was smooth and easy. But when we had to get our car fixed it was a huge problem. Quality buying experience I had a great buying experience with Londoff Chevrolet. From searching their website to chatting with reps and eventually test driving and purchasing I had a great buying experience with Londoff Chevrolet. I also have had additions to the car through them like gauges and stripes without any problem at all. Top notch experience and would go to them first for a purchase of another vehicle. More

Scam artist This place is a joke. Johnny londoff himself called and said he would help me to fix their mistake from 3 yrs ago and personally help us. I did not This place is a joke. I was given the run around for 2 wks with so many different people and being told so many different things. Offered one thing they changed it offered another they change it and kept doing it. I called to let him know I was tired of getting the run around what is going on. He processed to tell me they are not willing to help that his son told him they have done all they can do and not willing to loose any money because these trucks are selling like wild fire. And there is nothing more I can do. What got me in this situation is when we bought our car there 3 yrs ago the sales guy which by the way they had arrested forged our documents. He put our loan for 78 months not 60. Told us he gave us the wrong paper work and mailed different ones. Lie after lie this place is a joke stay far away from it there are too many places to buy from to risk being taken advantage of like we were. More

Poor Service Department I brought my 2015 Silverado in for a simple oil change. There was not a friendly or helpful person in the service department.
