Johnson City Honda

Bought a 2007 Suburban on Aug 22nd Spent some days prior discussing finance options etc etc through emails/texts. Reviewed online documentation, website data etc. This place failed to mention the windshie discussing finance options etc etc through emails/texts. Reviewed online documentation, website data etc. This place failed to mention the windshield was BROKEN. They never had their mechanic check this vehicle out, never did an inspection, never changed oil or anything to ensure this vehicle was mechanically sound before asking $8,000.00 FOR A VEHICLE THEY NEVER EVEN TOUCHED. I traded in a perfectly good car for this thing, my car had been cleaned, serviced, detailed, etc. Not to mention had an INTACT windshield. Now, the paperwork. By Tennessee law, a dealership is REQUIRED to check online database for any recalls a vehicle may have BEFORE selling said vehicle no more than 48 hours after OBTAINING said vehicle. Which report AND repair paperwork be LEGALLY provided to new purchaser. WHICH WAS NOT DONE, there's an open recall for PASSENGER AIRBAG. Then there's the registration, a part of the fees they charged a lot of money for. I always had a specialized plate, registered in HAMBLEN county. I told them, I wanted it transferred to the Suburban from my car, in the SAME county. Well guess what, they registered in the WRONG COUNTY. Which had higher fees, not to mention they didn't even listen. I called them, left messages asking for sales manager etc to discuss all of this a week after purchase. I get a call from, not the sales manager, but a lady saying she used to work for the DMV, and it doesn't matter where the vehicle is registered, as long as it's registered. I DON'T CARE, I WANTED IT REGISTERED IN MY COUNTY. I already had to fight tooth and nail for my plate in the first place. You know what they gave me for my car? $500.00 I saw the online photos, information. Same thing. They didn't even TOUCH my car and is trying to sell it for $5,000.00. The repairs needed for my truck, as it's literally setting in my driveway because I can't even drive it due to everything wrong with it will cost me $2,000.00 to repair ON TOP of the finance payments I'm currently paying for a NON RUNNING TRUCK. I WANT MY MONEY BACK More
