No high pressure by Justin. My first contact with the dealership was by telephone with Zandra. She told me that she had been in the car business for a relatively short time. I hate sales people ( sharks, as I refer to them) that have been in the business for a long time. They're high pressure. When I arrived at the dealership I met Zandra and she told me that she wasn't in sales but that she would give me to a sales person. I balked. Zandra promised that she would refer me to a non high pressure sales person. She introduced me to Justin. I was already sold on a Honda Civic. The only thing was to pick out the exterior and interior color. This was very difficult since the car was for my wife and she was at work. Justin was not high pressure and did all that he could to get the perfect car for my perfect wife. I will definitely return to buy my next car from Justin. I have a 2015 Nissan Altima and had a great experience at a dealer in Charlotte, NC. When I went back to that dealership before coming to Johnson City Honda, the sales person that I had dealt with was promoted to service manager and I had to deal with a season salesperson that was high pressure. We also went to a Honda dealer in Hickory because a friend of ours had just purchased a Honda Accord Sport and we liked that car. However, my wife loved the Civic and your price was between $1,500-2,000 less for the same car. More
