Upon arrival I was greeted very politely and professionally by Craig. He was very efficient in explaining details on the requested service along with 2 recalls that were required. He informed me that I would get the oil change (first) and a tire rotation at no charge and everything (including recall service) would take about 2 hours while I waited. Turns out the vehicle was ready to go in less than 90 minutes and they also washed the car. I was very pleased with my visit to Johnson City Honda. More
