As usual, the staff at Johnson City Honda were cordial when I arrived (without an appointment) and immediately set out to determine the nature of my car's problem. I only waited for about 30 minutes befor when I arrived (without an appointment) and immediately set out to determine the nature of my car's problem. I only waited for about 30 minutes before the issues were explained to me and I was told that they would need to have the car overnight. They offered me a vehicle to use overnight and told me that the car would be ready the next day. I had a call earlier than I expected the next day and was able to get the car immediately. I've used Johnson City Honda for over 15 years and have always found the staff to be attentive and devoted to providing a high level of service. More
