Carlos greeted me with a smile as always. Was there for oil change and recall/system updates that were going to take about 3 hrs. Asked for a ride home and immediately contacted Larry. Ended up not needin oil change and recall/system updates that were going to take about 3 hrs. Asked for a ride home and immediately contacted Larry. Ended up not needing the lift home, but did use the service in order to pick my car up. Carlos called as soon as my car was ready and after contacting Larry to come pick me up. Called back a few mintes later letting me know he probably would not be there, but explained what I needed to do in order to settle up costs and get my vehicle. Johnson City has the best prices is the area. Well worth the 2 hr drive from Greenville, SC. Sales dept. service was excellent.
