Johnson City Honda was the most diligent in working with me and offered the lowest price. This was all coordinated over the phone and email due to Covid-19 restrictions and was handled very professionally and efficiently. The vehicle was also delivered to my home in NC at no additional cost and the drivers were very courteous and helpful in the drop off, paperwork and answering questions. The finance manager did an excellent job of communicating all the details of the transaction and the loan. My only frustration was the cost of added accessories. I was quoted over $900 (dealer cost) by the sales rep for crossbars that are available online for $175-225 (for the set) and took about 30 minutes to install. Overall it was a satisfying experience and I highly recommend this dealership. More
