The first salesman grabbed me in the parking lot and talked to me for awhile. After we got back from a test drive he said Sorry he had to leave to go help someone else. After testing the second car, we thought it over and decided on the Johnson City Honda car. I called to ask to speak with Joe and the lady who answered the phone , Kim, asked several questions about who I was and what I wanted. I finally was able to get through and made my way back to the dealership. So we went through the customary hour of waiting to get to Finance and complete the transaction. I also noted several people including me go by the ice cream machine which was not working and throw away a cup of goop, so there’s an opportunity for improvement. However, from there the experience went up: we are very happy with the car and the Finance transaction went smooth and we were able to leave with the car that night. I would give the dealership experience a 3.5 and the finance guy and the car a 5. I would also mention that it was confusing having contacts in both the internet department and sales department: the relationship between these groups was not clear. More

The car was in perfect shape, Honda certified and was the color we really wanted. One of our biggest problems the day we came to see the car was we had limited time we could spend with the dealer. To our surprise, they had us on the road in our new car in just over an hour. This was the best customer service we have ever had and the easiest car deal we've ever experienced. They ensured it was ok to drive home and didn't charge for the service. That showed me that when I finally moved to the area they would be my dealer of choice.
