I planned on getting a newer used CRV, but when I arrived, a 2020 was waiting for me to test drive. I loved the car and working out the terms of payment, etc. was much so pain-free. Justin Marshall was very knowledgeable and patient to answer my questions. He was never condescending or pushy and that was a big plus for me. I have driven CRV's for the past 25 years and am so happy that I could purchase this one. More

Experience was good. Sales was great and very easy to work with. Finance upped the price on a warranty offer by sliding it in the last paper for us to sign.
