Terrible Service, Repeated Failure of Diagnosis/Correction. I took the SUV to service department many times, when they failed to find anything wrong with battery and entire electric system. Yet, the same problem kept on occurring! Finally, I gave up and traded the SUV in for a 2019 SUV. More
Great people to deal with! My wife and I went to Johnson City Honda looking for a new Honda Pilot after we had been to one of the other dealerships in the Tri-Cites area. Where My wife and I went to Johnson City Honda looking for a new Honda Pilot after we had been to one of the other dealerships in the Tri-Cites area. Where we were treated somewhat rudely by one of the sales managers while negotiating the price of a Pilot.. That is when we decided to go over to JC Honda where we were met Justin Marshall in the parking lot as soon as we arrived and was taken to look at the Pilots they had in stock and he was externally friendly and very knowledgeable of all the vehicles and showed us one that we really liked after going on a road test, we cam back and started working on a price for the Pilot he was very helpful in negotiating a price that we both could agree on. After the paperwork was completed he went over the car and explained how to use the electronics and operation of the controls to help us get the most out of the car. He also gave us his card and told us if we had any questions about the car we could call him anytime. We would highly recommend John City Honda and the very helpful and friendly staff if you are looking for a Honda. Alan and Debbie Sivert More

Dishonest Service Department! In Augest 2018 I took my Honda CRV to Johnson City Honda for an oil change. Before the oil was changed the service man came out and showed me a digra In Augest 2018 I took my Honda CRV to Johnson City Honda for an oil change. Before the oil was changed the service man came out and showed me a digram and told me my car was out of alinment and the brake pads had 6mm left on all 4 wheels. So I had them do the aliment and oil change. After the alinment the car would shimmy at times going down the road so I took it to another Honda dealer. The second dealer checked the alinment and found that my car was still out of alinment and corrected the problem. Also the second company checked the break pads and found them to have 7mm of pad life left on the front and 8mm of pad life left on the back. So Johnson City Honda will not be doing anymore work on my car since they are dishonest and do shotty work causing me to have to have another alinment to correct their mess. More
