Well cared for Phillip gave us personalized and comprehensive service. He "stayed with us" the entire time we were there. From the first minutes he was educating us Phillip gave us personalized and comprehensive service. He "stayed with us" the entire time we were there. From the first minutes he was educating us about each of the various features of the CRV we were looking at.. He explained things clearly. After we had met with the financial officer and had completed the paperwork and purchasing of our car, Phillip took us to it and spent probably an hour showing us how to operate each of the features, and then having me (I'll be the primary driver of this car) do what he had just demonstrated to us to make sure I knew how to do it. He was patient and thorough and gave us his full attention thru out this time of "teaching," and in fact , thru out the entire time we were there today.. He could not have given us better service or made us feel more valued and appreciated. Ryan Hyder, in Finance, also gave us efficient, personalized and warm, friendly service. We couldn't have asked for two better, more genuine people to take us thru this day. We also would highly recommend Johnson City Honda to anyone looking for a Honda dealership .it is welcoming, friendly and totally customer focused. And clean and inviting. More

First time purchasing a vehicle from Johnson city Honda The only cons with my experience was the payment on my vehicle. I was guaranteed by the salesman that my biweekly payments would be in the $170 range The only cons with my experience was the payment on my vehicle. I was guaranteed by the salesman that my biweekly payments would be in the $170 range but ended up being almost $200 biweekly without an extended warranty. This disappointed me and probably would have affected my overall decision to buy the vehicle. Also we felt very pressured to purchase the extended warranty with the gap insurance. We are happy with the vehicle and overall I would still say a good experience and would recommend Johnson city Honda to others. More
