Unwilling to correct fault with newly purchased vehicle We bought a 2013 Honda Odyssey from Johnson City Honda. Two weeks later the vehicle wouldn't start. The dealer looked at it and determined that one We bought a 2013 Honda Odyssey from Johnson City Honda. Two weeks later the vehicle wouldn't start. The dealer looked at it and determined that one of the connections on the battery had come loose. They said someone had over tightened the connection. The fix was about $270. Considering that we had the vehicle for a short period of time, I asked them to cover the fix. Their response was that the vehicle passed inspection and that the issue must have occurred after we bought it. I explained that we had not even opened the hood since we bought it. Rather than trusting their customer, and common sense, they relied on what their records apparently showed. Our experience with Johnson City Honda had been generally positive up to that point, so we were disappointed with their handling of this issue. More
