Came in for a recall Received a recall notice in the mail and went in to have the computer updated. I went in and they had made arrangements for a trolley to take me wherever I wanted, but I had my mom with me so we decided to go to lunch. Everyone was very kind and said they'd call as soon as it was done. 30 minutes, maybe, passed by and they called and said it was done;of course we were thinking hours and we're in the middle of lunch and they said it was no problem to take my time and when I went back in to pick it up, they had washed and vacuumed it for me as well---awesome!
