Don't waste your time! I've been wanting to purchase a CR-V Touring AWD for several months. So, I contacted JC Honda. Please don't get me wrong. The salespeople will contact I've been wanting to purchase a CR-V Touring AWD for several months. So, I contacted JC Honda. Please don't get me wrong. The salespeople will contact you quickly, and they will stay in contact with you, always asking if they can be of any further assistance. However, that's as far as it goes! I received a quote on a new 2016 Honda CR-V Touring that was significantly lower than the JC Honda price. My salesperson told me to email her the quote, and she would see if their dealership could match it. The quote had the picture of the actual vehicle attached. However, she said they could not match the price because the quote did not specify that it was a "Touring" model. The Touring model has different wheels than other models, and when I pointed this out to the salesperson, she never bothered to even respond back to me. Now, I ask you, is that the " JC Honda way" of doing business! If so, I'm better off taking my business and my hard-earned money elsewhere. Please know that I'm not a hater. This was simply my honest experience with this dealership, and I won't waste my time or energy with them anymore. Good luck. I truly hope you have a better experience than me. More
