I actually had a deal fall apart at another dealership before finding my wife's dream car at Johnson Ford the next day. My credit union had to undo my prior loan approval and re-process the loan, and John before finding my wife's dream car at Johnson Ford the next day. My credit union had to undo my prior loan approval and re-process the loan, and Johnson held the vehicle for my wife for three days while the financing was being worked out. I do a lot of research before making a purchase, and they were very fair with the asking price on the vehicle they were selling, as well as their offer for our trade. When we showed up to sign all the paperwork, they had everything ready for us and it took about 20 minutes to complete the purchase. I've never had a better experience buying a car. More

I purchased my slightly used 2019 Expedition all the way from Texas. Although it was a very unique situation, they were able to overnight ship. The car was immaculate and represented 100% accurately. I have never purchased a car remotely but would definitely trust Johnson Ford if I needed to again. Another reason I did a remote purchase was because of the deal - truly one of the best in the country (after weeks of searching). Special thanks to Robert. Robert worked with me every step of the way, disclosed the smallest of “things” (all used cars have them although there were almost none). He even took extra time after my car arrived to walk me through everything as if I were at the dealership (which he insisted... I didn’t even have to ask). Overall great experience and VERY trustworthy group that has fair pricing. Would and will do business again. More
