Mr Owens and Josh were very helpful. I had a 2018 F-150 LXT and 19, 000 miles it blew a turbo seal. They helped me get into a 2019 150 LXT PICK UP ease. I was more than impressed with the ease of the paperwork with Jamie in Finance. Very high tech no paper! The icing on the cake was having a tech specialist go over the features in the car. Previous experiences with other cars and dealers would have the salesperson go over this. They would only go over what they themselves knew which most time wasn’t much. Having a tech person that specialized in this was fantastic! I can also call him anytime with problems or questions to get the full experience of my car’s features. All around Lucas Ford is top notch. More

When i arrived they had the truck out front and ready for a test drive. My salesman Steve Szymanski was quick and professional but not pushy. After completing the test drive I determined that the engine in the truck wasn't what i wanted. Steve reviewed their inventory including some trucks that were not even for sale yet to make sure they did not have anything else that would fit my needs. Overall had a great experience and would recommend them and Steve to anyone looking for a vehicle. More
