Since purchasing the vehicle in 2024 service experiences have been very disappointing. The service managers and service technicians have all been very nice and accommodating but the dealership experience is not good. I have numerous times had to wait lengthy (4+) hours while my car is worked on. Waiting area for Lincoln is a concrete prison cell so I use the Ford waiting room. Car wash never offered. Most disappointing: NO LOANER CARS! Lincoln is supposed to be a luxury dealership. In contrast we also have a Lexus and that dealership goes out of their way to make you feel like a valued customer.

Bought a brand new 6.8 V 10 for my motorhome… They were full of information about how solid their warranty program was and that I could get it fixed nationwide at any Ford dealer… All lies… Engine failed at 39,000 miles… Under the one year warranty… They still found a way to use a loophole and won’t cover anything… Fred Beans Ford is hands down the worst car dealership I’ve ever done business with… Do your research… There are a lot of negative reviews about them, if I were you, I would go somewhere else and take your chances there! This dealership is racist. I called on 6/1/26 to schedule an appointment to test drive a 2019 Chevrolet Suburban. On 6/3/26, my husband and I drove 50 minutes to this dealership. When we walked in, I asked for a manger because I was there for my appointment. The gentleman that helped us (Ethan Pilipczuk) was very inexperienced. I told him what vehicle it was, he took my husband & I outside to go look for the vehicle (no keys in his hand). When we couldn’t “find” the vehicle, he told us that we were going back inside to make sure it was on that lot. He also asked me if I had the stock number. As a salesman, you should have had all of that information ready when I arrived. He proceeded to tell me that the truck was on another lot and he was going to get it. We waited almost 25 minutes before he returned and claimed that the truck had been sold. Yet on the website it still said it was available. He told me that he was going to see if there was something else in the inventory that I may like. We waited another 10 minutes and he arrives in a vehicle that was smaller than the Suburban. When I told him that I wasn’t interested in that vehicle, he said “Okay, give me a minute to talk to my manager.” We waited another 15 minutes and he was nowhere to be found. So we left. I went online today (6/4/26) and the vehicle is still online with no sold or pending sale. So I called and pretended to be a Caucasian female and the salesman Kevin said the vehicle was still available and I could come test drive it today. I texted Ethan to see if “the sale fell through or if they had new inventory” and he told me No. I refuse to give this dealership my business. You lost a customer who is a USPS employee with a 722 credit score. I Will Never Do Business Here.

Just got back with my newly purchased car. Howard Salmon was superb. He was very down to earth from the moment we first spoke. Informative and professional, no hard sell even remotely. Easiest car I ever bought, and got a very good deal. Totally satisfied. He gave you his cell number, and he said call me at any time with any questions. He was wonderfully prepared for closing. He had prepared thoroughly for a large mass of paperwork, that accompanies buying a car, and it was so easy. A brief explanation and then, "sign here, initial here.." and then on to the next document. All questions were answered, but he made it easy.......you won't regret him as your salesman. Promise.

HAD INSPECTION DONE BRAKE PADS WERE AT 14/32 AND 10/32. A WEEK LATER AFTER TRAVELING 108 MILES THEY ARE TELLING ME ALL MY PADS ARE AT 8/32 AND WILL NEED TO BE REPLACED.(xx) YOU CAN DRIVE 10,000 TO 15,000 MILES TO WEAR DOWN 4/32 OF YOUR BRAKE PADS. WHAT A SCAM!

So I had a great experience with Brian ,bought my truck on Friday..then here comes the problem. I gave Patrick a check ,and he promised to wait till I transferred money into my checking account and wrote out the check,,trusted him that he would wait then I woke up today to the check being cashed..Well that ruined my day..So instead of putting up my Christmas decorations,,I was running around Tommy bank, then my card was turned down at the Acme.. Gave them whatever cash I had.to pay for groceries. My blood pressure was out of control today. All I wanted was a nice experience ND to be excited about my new Bronco ,but instead it turned into a nightmare for me..I will say they are trying to fix it ,but it should have never happened in the first place..im sooo miserable today.took all the fun out of having and buying a new car.

Ron Haines was personable, knowledgeable and honest the entire transaction. We were in and out in around 3 hours and left with a great deal and my husband’s dream car.
