It was very expensive and the reason why I don’t get anything done at the dealership. I had to return 3 times to get my tail light replaced. I paid 200.00 for them to just look at the front seat motor a anything done at the dealership. I had to return 3 times to get my tail light replaced. I paid 200.00 for them to just look at the front seat motor and the tail light. I couldn’t get both done because it was way to expensive. I did get the tail light done. I was told that I wouldn’t be charged the 200.00 for the work if I got it done there. So, because I only got the tail light I still had to pay the 200.00 plus the work for the tail light for a total of $660. If I didn’t have to go get it done there I wouldn’t have. So, front desk staff was nice but way too expensive. More

Worst service I've had there and I will not be returning. I'm not sure if there's enough space here to write my full experience but it took over 4 hours for an oil change and tire rotation and that's very ba I'm not sure if there's enough space here to write my full experience but it took over 4 hours for an oil change and tire rotation and that's very bad. Not to mention that they never called to let me know my vehicle was ready. I called them after 3 hours and they said they were just finishing up and they'd call me. Another hour went by so I finally decide to just walk in and all 3 of them are playing on their phones. One said that they just dropped off my paperwork a few seconds ago but my dashcam says it was 47+ minutes. Apparently Facebook and TikTok must be more important so I will never be returning again. I also never received the results of my 21 point inspection. I've been here a few times for service before but that is now over. I'll find someone that actually gives a crap about people's time. More

Was able to book an appointment the same week and they were able to service my vehicle while I waited. Lucas Ford also sent me videos of the condition of the interior and exterior of my vehicle along wit were able to service my vehicle while I waited. Lucas Ford also sent me videos of the condition of the interior and exterior of my vehicle along with a inspection of the vehicle and condition of the components and if anything needed to be replaced as well as the services provided. Service Advisor Emily was very helpful and and answered any question I had. Great Service Center! More
