Very Poor Customer Service Jeff Demeyer Service Manager, and General Manager Kevin Hand of Johnson Hyundai of Cary provide the absolute worst customer service imaginable. I had Jeff Demeyer Service Manager, and General Manager Kevin Hand of Johnson Hyundai of Cary provide the absolute worst customer service imaginable. I had what I felt to be a transmission related concern with a brand new car I purchased from the dealership just two years earlier. Jeff Demeyer told me to bring it in and they'd provide me with a loaner during the time my vehicle was under repair. When I got to the dealership he said I'd have to pay $35 a day for a loaner car and if they could duplicate my concern they'd credit me.
