While I didn't have an appointment, he took the time to work with me, and ultimately helped me find the SUV that I wanted, without pressure or the pushy car sales feel. They just so happened to have the SUV I was looking for at the dealership that day. Mark was kind, patient, and made my next couple hours as pleasant as he could. They were busy, so I was not surprised that finance was running behind. By 7pm, I said good-bye to my first Hyundai and drove off in my second. I am a Johnson Hyundai customer for life.
