Very disappointed Very disappointing experience. This was my second car from this dealership and it will probably be my last. We called them a day in advance to have a Very disappointing experience. This was my second car from this dealership and it will probably be my last. We called them a day in advance to have a specific car ready to drive that we saw on their website.Car was not there when we arrived for our appointment (afternoon of the next day) and it took almost 2 hours to get there (other lot is 10 miles away). Explained that we wanted to make sure and get 0% interest in our initial discussion which was another key driver for us. Once in the process, we were told that because they were going to discount the car in some other areas that they could not do 0%. After hours of going around and around we agreed that we were not going to get there on the deal that we had hoped for and decided to head to another dealership. Once in the car the sales manager called and asked us to come back. We went back to the dealership and we were able to come to terms.I must tell you for a dealer that use "No games or gimmicks" as part of their advertising that was not our experience at all.After a very disappointing sales experience, the delivery process was even worse. Our new car was delivered to me unwashed, not detailed, no floor mats,permanent discoloration under the carbon fiber inserts on the drives side and rear passenger right side, no mud guards (as agreed upon), no gas, missing trunk pins holding up the fabric and a broken trunk release. Our sales person was supposed to have gone to service, updated them on what needed to get done and have them call me the next day to schedule. At the end of the day after not hearing from them I called our sales person back and she said she would handle with service and have them call me the next morning. Again, I heard nothing from service so I called the person who she said she had talked to and he knew nothing of me or my car. Brad and Brian in service did take ownership of the situation and was able to get everything except for the stains under the carbon done. The car was also not filled was gas when delivered for the second time which was supposed to have happened. I have purchased many cars over the years and this was the worst experience we have had by far. I have also not heard from a single person at the dealership since our purchase outside of the service department because of all the work they had to do from a failed delivery. More
