Each time I've been to your store and left without a car has been because your salesmen either know nothing of the cars they're supposed to sell, don't know their inventory, and are disrespectful and arrogant. My last trip was spent waiting 40 minutes for our sales guy to go retrieve cars we made clear we didn't want or have interest in seeing, and then 1.5 hours waiting while every question asked required a 15 minute trip to go ask someone else. Here's a lovely msg from your salesman ignoring my request to not be contacted and the and then being disrespectful. Me "As I told you when I came in my number was not to be used to contact me after I left the dealership as it would guarantee I wouldn't return " Him "(1/2) thats laughable dude. i texted once in february. and a few times over the course of a day in march. i didnt put you in the system either so that the inter(2/2) net department wouldbt contact you either...." We will no longer entertain doing business through your dealerships as each experience has been that of extreme subpar ethics. More
Two Visits within a Month We leased a new Sonata. Love it! A few weeks later, there was an issue with our other family vehicle (different make). We tried to trade it in at th We leased a new Sonata. Love it! A few weeks later, there was an issue with our other family vehicle (different make). We tried to trade it in at the dealership that it was purchased from and they weren't able to get the amount low enough, without trying to sell us a much smaller vehicle. We remembered our recent experience with Mike and other Johnson Hyundai of Cary staff and reached out to see what Hyundai could do for us. Without letting them know the estimates from the other dealership, they were able to get us a new Santa Fe Sport at an affordable rate and accepted the trade-in at a fair price, considering its mechanical condition. Now we love our 2017 Sonata and 2017 Santa Fe Sport! Thanks! More
