distress call from Scranton PA! Just had 30k svc. TUSCON is "great" after a cancelled flight, Driving to MA. was the plan! Went to dealer in Scranton TUSCON wldnt acceclerate!, was Just had 30k svc. TUSCON is "great" after a cancelled flight, Driving to MA. was the plan! Went to dealer in Scranton TUSCON wldnt acceclerate!, was advise $700.00 and five hrs to " fix" "FROZEN intake, ice, water salt in engine" etc...WHAT? It's AWD and sold in many WINTER climates! I called Tim at JH and he is now taking the bull by then horns and doing all to make this a warranty issue as it shld be! ---Rental car shld be reimbursed as well he stated-- All for our daughters 30th bday celebration with family! All I can say is "thanks Tim for listening" let's hope Robert Staples and Laurie Snapp agree with you' More
