I already knew what I wanted because of the excellent web site and they had the car I wanted in stock. It was very busy that day but I did not have to wait. I was a little disappointed in the price based on the web site with all of the rebates. I did not expect to lease but the salesman shared the benefits. The finance gentleman was awesome. Very friendly and put me at ease about the financing. Although the saleswomen was new, she knew a lot and was very friendly. She put a big bow on the car and took pictures. It was fun. The gentleman that assisted her was not really friendly and when he explained things it felt a little pushy. All in all it was a great experience and I love the car. More
Best car buying experience in more than 50 years Having spent as much as 5 hours haggling with...er, I mean "negotiating with"... car salesmen in the past, I was not looking forward to buying another Having spent as much as 5 hours haggling with...er, I mean "negotiating with"... car salesmen in the past, I was not looking forward to buying another new car. Usually, the whole procedure was something I found to be as enjoyable as having root canal work performed without the benefit of Novocaine. But such was not the case this time. My salesman for this current transaction at Johnson Hyundai of Cary, Shareef Abdelhalim, was attentive to my time concern, listened to and answered my questions and conducted our transaction in an efficient and timely manner, providing the professional service I had not experienced in my prior car buying experiences which date back to 1968 ! I had contacted other Hyundai dealerships in the area prior to choosing Johnson Hyundai but Johnson got my business because the Johnson staff LISTENED to my concerns and provided exactly the car I wanted while the other dealers tried to sell me a lesser model since they did not have what I wanted in stock. To sum up, I bought at Johnson Hyundai because the staff listened, treated me fairly and provided the product I sought at a price that was quite reasonable. Mr Abdelhalim was excellent to deal with. More

The atmosphere is clean, hospitable, and pleasant. Everyone asks if there is anything they can do, and they keep you appraised of your wait time, not to mention they provide goodies to feed you. They really try hard to please the client, and yesterday, December 22nd, James Curlis was very diligent working on our behalf, ultimately saving us substantially. We probably will keep buying Hyundais because of the Johnson experience...:) More
