Phil Guins was extremely helpful, professional and friendly making the process stress free and simple. I really appreciate the attention and professionalism Phil gave me. I will definitely send all my friends and colleagues to see him from now on. My financing agent Kevin was also knowledgeable, friendly and efficient throughout the process. Very bad experience with this dealer Just had a very very bad experience with this dealership. Bought a pre-owned Acura from them. First, the engine made rattle noise due to the wrong gas Just had a very very bad experience with this dealership. Bought a pre-owned Acura from them. First, the engine made rattle noise due to the wrong gas they filled in the car. Then came the noise from B-pillar and rear part of the vehicle. The technicians there refused to hear the noise and I had to take it to Acura dealer(had to pay the $90 diagnostic fee by myself). It happened just 15 days after I purchased the car. They charged $649 document fee, probably highest in triangle area. However, they didn't start to make the paperwork until I received the registration renewal notice from DMV for my old trade-in car. Be forced to pay a recondition fee($499), after negotiation it becomes a warranty from a company called protective asset protection. Very bad reviewed warranty company from online resource. Actually it couldn't be called warranty but a $100 deductible insurance. If I have something repaired, $190 minimum would be paid for this vehicle just in 15 days bought from Hyundai of Cary. In a word, don't do business with them and your life would be much easier. Wish there is a ZERO star to rate this dealership. More
