HORRIBLE CAR EXPERIENCE/FORGERY My family and friends will not recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle at this dealership. You all need to get proper training and skills as a team. Be on top of your employees so things like this don't happen. When situations like this occur, do everything you can to get the trust and confidence back and not just offer some dumb and lame free oil change for the next 4 years. This is some coins coming out from the company to shut us up. Use the $600.00 and have your employees take courses for better customer service and advise on the laws so no one forges a customers signature. More

ADAM BRESSEM noticed my SUV in the dealership service area - Came over and spoke to me for a few minutes - I ENJOYED his visit. I still MISS RON KERR!
