No unexpected concerns developed at the initial time of purchase or the trade in offered except that I thought the trade in price was rather low. 4. The sales person, Mr. Ivan Elhag was cordial. There were no high pressure sales tactics used. 5. It was discouraging later, however, to discover that the trade in price taken was almost six times less than their new resale price posted later. In general, the vehicle purchased was well maintained and clean. The test drive and paper work process was uncomplicated and went easily. More

I am now a Johnson Hyundai girl It was actually a happy accident that brought me to Johnson Hyundai for the first time about a month ago. I was actually looking for a used car at Car It was actually a happy accident that brought me to Johnson Hyundai for the first time about a month ago. I was actually looking for a used car at Carmax, but they did not have what I wanted. I went to Johnson Hyundai where they told me, why not buy new? I am so glad I ended up at Johnson Hyundai where I bought my first brand new car and it was, hands down, the best car buying experience I have ever had. I previously used Hendrick dealerships, but nevermore! Johnson Hyundai, and particularly Ivan Elhag, made me feel completely at ease as soon as I stepped onto the lot. There were no high pressure sales tactics and when I told them I wanted to buy in a couple of weeks to a month they still took me seriously when I asked to test drive what is now my new car. I got the best deal on my trade-in and the best value on my new car. The finance manager (James Edmundson) was wonderful as well, he offered me Gap insurance and a service package that made me feel comfortable with my investment. All of the staff was so personable that I felt like I was with family. I cannot say enough good things about Ivan and James, they are great people. In the past, I settled for less that what I wanted for the cars I bought, and felt like I had been taken advantage of every time I left the lot. This was not the case at Johnson Hyundai. I got exactly the car I wanted, with all of the features that I wanted as well, at a great price. I tell all of my friends in the area to go to Johnson if they are in the market for a new car. I am now a Johnson Hyundai girl and I look forward to doing business with them in the future. More
