When I first called Johnson Hyundai, I was introduced to Phil Guins who in I would have to say all in all I had a great experience at Johnson Hyundai. When I first called Johnson Hyundai, I was introduced to Phil Guins who initially gained my trust as he took the time to listen to my needs. Phil remained fairly transparent throughout the process, not attempting to upsell me on a vehicle I couldn't afford or on extra features that I didn't need. I went to many other dealerships throughout my process, and the Elantra stood out to me due to its features and Phil stood out to me as a consummate professional. I visited Johnson Hyundai four times before I finally bought the car and never once did I feel pressured to buy on the spot. He also did not leave me many voicemails during work hours like many other car salesman do. However, when it came down to discussing numbers, I was somewhat perturbed by the finance manager's lack of knowledge of the current promotions on the dealership website (It wasn't Kevin, Kevin was cool). Whether it was a sincere mistake or intentional misdirection, it was unsettling in the eyes of the consumer. Regardless, I'm very happy with my purchase and recommend Phil Guins to anyone in the market for a Hyundai. More

Our 2016 Sonata is the third new car we have purchased since 2 This was by far the best experience my husband and I have ever had with a dealership. Our 2016 Sonata is the third new car we have purchased since 2004 and for the first time we felt comfortable and at ease. The salesman, Aiman Elhag, had spoken with my husband earlier in the day when my husband visited the dealership to look at cars. We knew we wanted to buy a Hyundai Sonata and knew which features we wanted. My husband told him our requirements for our trade-in and financing and Aiman told him he would work on getting us the best deal possible. My husband picked me up at work that day and asked about going back to the dealership. I was hesitant because I didn't think we could work a deal that we could afford. But Aiman called us and we decided to go back to the dealership that evening. There was never any pressure and he went out of his way to work the deal for us so that we felt comfortable. We were able to trade in our old car, purchase the Sonata and drive it home that night! I never expected that we would leave the dealership that night with a new car. The car had been detailed and the gas tank filled. It was getting late but Aiman even helped my husband move our belongings from our old car to the new one. Meeting with the financing person was just as easy. He was personable and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't want. Aside from having to sign so many papers this process went smoothly and quickly. I have already recommended Johnson Hyundai and Mr. Elhag to some of my friends.
