We had a schedule appointment. They told us 2 hours, but ended up being 3.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Then they charged us for services that should have been inclu They told us 2 hours, but ended up being 3.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Then they charged us for services that should have been included in our 3yr / 36K maintenance plan. Called mulitple times to get this corrected, but very hard to talk to an actual person. I finally got a call back from a service manager. They said they would look into it and call me back by end of day. Never heard from them again. Just an overall awful experience. More
Everyone was very court as caring and efficient unfortunately I could not come in and very much appreciated and them coming to my home to pick up my vehicle service and bring it back for me. I always had great service when I brought my car in for oil changes and tire rotation when it was under warranty. Then a warning light came on indicating an electrical issue, And three different parts were oil changes and tire rotation when it was under warranty. Then a warning light came on indicating an electrical issue, And three different parts were put on my car Before the fourth and correct part was put on which resulted in the dealership having to keep my car for almost 3 weeks. More
