When we arrived, he greeted us from the very beginning with a smile on his face which never left. My wife was interested in a particular model and color, which was not available on the lot. Gustavo immediately went into action, secured the vehicle from another location and within minutes they went out for a test drive. My wife came back delighted with the test drive and we told Gustavo that we wouldn't commit to buying one that day but would let him know the following week. A few days later, Gustavo called and said the car was still available and wanted to know if we were still interested. My wife was committed but I was still on the fence. After a few days of research we decided to return and see if we could work out a deal. Gustavo said he would try to hold the vehicle as it was a popular model. Needless to say, Gustavo came through. I took a delightful test drive, and then felt we could work a deal, which we did. Gustavo was wonderful and friendly to work with and very knowledgeable of every aspect of the vehicle. Having been a salesman myself in another life, it's refreshing to come across a person that seemed tailor-made for the profession and Gustavo is a natural. Johnson Hyundai is lucky to have him. The sales process was friendly, supportive and I ultimately got the deal I wanted. I think Tommy Nguyen (sales) and Johnny Barbaro (sales manager) did their best to make me a happy customer. I never felt pressured into making a decision, there were no sales "gimmicks". Tommy and Johnny are straight-up guys. My daughter will soon be replacing her Accent and I will bring her to Johnson Hyundai to meet Tommy and Johnny. One last thing, their follow-up after the sale is impressive. More

All in all, everyone I dealt with there were friendly. But the level of service was really escalated when Ryan offered to take my old leased vehicle back to the original dealership (Johnson Lexus Raleigh) to help alleviate travel issues, so I could take my new car home that night. That was a 40 minute drive and by the time I had gotten to that dealership, he had already talked with the sales manager so my paperwork was ready to close out my lease. That was excellent service.
